“Rita, I just wanted to let you know that we did our record day today selling 175 coffees today with $1900 takings! That’s something I couldn’t have even imagined a year ago when I first opened my café.

Did you remember that we only sold 56 coffees on our first day of trading and took only $450? The café has been improving ever since.

Thank you for being there on our first day trading holding my hands and taking me forward one step at a time. I now have a team of great staff which allows me to take one day off every week to catch up on some paperwork.

I am working on the business to continue to improve our sales. I am working on my next goal of taking a whole week off without going into the café, while the staff run the shop…
